Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OMO Digital LLC ("OMO Digital," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at omodigital.com, our software consulting services, and the products we build. We keep the amount of personal information we collect to a minimum.
Scope
This policy covers our website and general business activities. Individual products may have their own privacy notices that govern how that product handles data — for example, our Eloquent app has a separate policy at omodigital.com/eloquent/privacy.html. Where a product-specific policy applies, it controls for that product.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Website usage & analytics. We may use privacy-conscious analytics (for example, Plausible, Fathom, or Google Analytics) and cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed. See "Cookies & analytics" below.
- Server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested URL) to operate and secure the site.
- Client & engagement information. When we provide consulting services, we may receive business contact details and, under a separate agreement, access to client systems or data needed to perform the work (see "Consulting engagements").
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services and products, operate and secure our website, understand usage trends, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. If we use a third-party analytics provider, its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, and we will identify the provider here.
Consulting engagements
When we perform consulting work, we may process data on behalf of our clients. In those cases the client is typically the controller of that data and we act under the terms of a separate services agreement, statement of work, and — where applicable — a data processing or confidentiality agreement. We handle client data only as needed to deliver the engagement and protect it with reasonable security measures.
AI & third-party services
We build with AI and use third-party service providers (for example, hosting, content delivery, analytics, email, and AI model providers) to operate our business. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share personal information with them beyond what is needed to provide our services.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, when required by law or to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition). We do not sell personal information.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected here.
